Heave has achieved several significant milestones with our product and the service we are able to provide.
The majority of our requests are on earthmoving equipment like CAT, John Deere, and Komatsu. We've repaired over 80 brands. If you have it - we can fix it.
We get daily field calls: def/regen issues, hydraulic/electrical issues, leaks, pins and bushings, PMs, etc. We also get line boring and welding requests.
All technicians who join the Heave network are thoroughly vetted. They must have valid liability insurance, have the necessary diagnostic software, and pass our online technician assessment.
Heave can handle third-party warranty, not OEM warranty.
The technician invoices us, and we invoice the customer with a 18% markup.
Technicians warranty their work as part of our terms of service. We also have Account Executives in our core markets whose primary focus is customer satisfaction.
