I'm Robert Gray, and I'm proud to be Heave's Director of Service.

Before I took on this role, I spent 20 years as an independent diesel mechanic, and I actually had the honor of being the very first technician in the Heave network!

Those years on the road taught me a lot about the challenges technicians face, and now I'm using that experience to make your lives easier. Whether it's helping you get booked on jobs, working with the team to cover parts costs upfront, or just being a sounding board for your questions and ideas, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
